Suggestion:  If sound or video is delayed or broken, it may be necessary to delete your TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES. (From your browser, click Tools, Internet Options, look for Temporary Internet Files, and click Delete Files.)  Don't forget to either refresh the page or Click "Play" on the media player.
